UPDATE ON ORDERS

ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN

JANUARY 24th has started production. Meaning orders are in the process of being made. ORDERS take 3/4 weeks to finish production!! Once production has finished an email will go out to all customers who ordered.

Orders will ship out in 3-4 days and be delivered to you in 1-2 days. Come to the FAQ for updates. Shipping and other vital information is listed below.

Shipping

We know you're excited to get your order! Once you've placed it, we'll confirm your order within 1-2 days. However, please note that all items are on PREORDER, so allow us 3-4 weeks to get your goodies to your doorstep. We promise it'll be worth the wait!

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We're all about making sure you're happy with your purchase, but at the moment, Xoanarjae doesn't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
